Triumph and April Wine Kick Off the 2026 Jones Beach Concert Season

What a night at Northwell at Jones Beach Theater on Friday! Triumph hit the road for their 50th-anniversary tour—their first run in 30 years—felt less like a regular show and more like a historic classic rock pilgrimage.

April Wine kicked things off perfectly, keeping Myles Goodwyn’s memory alive with incredibly tight, high-energy renditions of "Roller" and "Just Between You and Me."

By the time Triumph took the stage, the breeze was matching the energy of the crowd. Rik Emmett and Gil Moore, backed by absolute powerhouses like Phil X and Todd Kerns, absolutely leveled the amphitheater. Belted-out anthems like "Lay It on the Line" and "Fight the Good Fight" made it an unforgettable night under the stars.
